Kathy Cooper

Kathy Cooper is a Senior Human Resource Consultant with almost 25 years of generalist HR experience, Kathy brings a well-rounded skill set to the table.

While spending a large part of her career in manufacturing, she has also worked in food service distribution, financial services and food industries. She is a “jack of all trades” when it comes to human resources experiences with proven capabilities in talent development, acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits and employee engagement. She has a strong drive to align business priorities with the human side of businesses.

With a strong focus on collaboration and relationship building, she is capable of connecting with staff from every level within the organization. She recognizes that change management and improving processes are key to building on continuing successes.

Outside of work, Kathy enjoys throwing the football around with her sons, cross-country skiing, hiking and cardmaking. Her happy place is at the cottage with her feet in the sand.
