The intent of this training is to empower all employees to spot and understand workplace bullying, harassing and discriminating behaviours and to eliminate these harmful behaviours in a mutually respectful, self-empowering way for a safer, healthier workplace.  Everyone person and position in an organization has the right to a respectful workplace.

This course is designed to teach employees what aspects of mental health look like in the workplace and the various responsibilities, situations and outlets that may exist for employee and employers alike.

This course is designed to give you information about Goal Setting in the workplace. The course will cover topics such as: defining the importance of goals in the workplace, elements of effective goal setting and the SMART Goal framework.

This course is designed to give you information about cyber risk and identify some tips, tricks and best practices for recognizing and handling possible cyber attacks in your organization.

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) is a provincial law that applies to organizations in the public, private, and non-profit sectors and to all types of employees, including full-time, part-time, seasonal and contract workers. The goal is to make Ontario more accessible by establishing standards that identify, remove and prevent barriers for people with disabilities. This course provides instruction on making the workplace accessible for all employees and customers.

This section of The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) will focus on Human Rights by outlining the rights and responsibilities set out in the Ontario Human Rights Code.  Basic human rights will be covered, as well as information regarding protection from discrimination for individuals in the workplace, including those with disabilities.

This training course will provide an overview of emergency evacuation plans and procedures that will typically be found in workplaces across Canada.  The course is designed to provide fundamental information as well as to prepare all workers in the event that a Workplace Evacuation occurs.

The intention of this course is to give committee members an overview of what a Health & Safety committee is, as well as the roles and responsibilities associated with being a committee member.

The intention of this course is to provide you information regarding The Accessibility for Manitoban’s Act as well as the Manitoba Accessibility Standard for Customer Service.  All people in Manitoba have the protected right to receive goods and services regardless of disability and access.  Workplaces are required to meet accessibility standards as directed by legislation which will be covered within this course.

This course will identify the rights and responsibilities associated with improving health and safety standards in the workplace. Every occupation has health or safety risks associated with it, and it is every employer’s responsibility to ensure that their employees can carry out their work as safely as possible. This training focuses on preventing workplace hazards.

The Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) is Canada’s national hazard communication standard. It is a consistent and comprehensive system used for providing health and safety information to both employers and workers on hazardous materials they may be exposed to in the workplace.

Violence and harassment are recognized as workplace hazards. The purpose of this training is to help you learn about the rights and responsibilities of everyone in the workplace so that you can help prevent workplace violence and harassment, or if it occurs, you know how to respond.
