In his most recent role as head of HR for a large property developer, Brad draws on his expertise in people strategy, human capital management, and learning and development to create HR initiatives that resonate. In addition to his HR leadership, he is a certified facilitator who travels nationwide to deliver impactful leadership and sales training, equipping teams with practical skills and strategies for success.
Brad is also pursuing his ACC and PCC coaching designations through the International Coaching Federation, further enhancing his ability to support and develop talent.
