Christine Holman is a Senior HR Consultant with over 10 years of experience working closely with her clients to design, develop, plan and implement people-focused projects, initiatives and programs. Christine applies her HR experience and change management expertise to deliver strategic and financial value with a practical, real-world approach.

Christine has supported clients across multiple industries including retail, logistics, manufacturing, and professional services. Her expertise spans several HR functional areas such as engagement and culture, performance management, compensation and benefits, recruitment, transformational HR projects, employee relations and more. Currently, she is working towards furthering her education in project and change management.

Christine is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) through the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and holds a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation issued through the Project Management Institute. She graduated with a Double Degree Honours Bachelor of Business Administration and Mathematics through a joint program at the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University.

When she is not helping her clients achieve their strategic and business goals, Christine can be found playing road hockey, building snow forts, biking and traveling with her children and husband.
