Radhika Sharma

Radhika Sharma brings more than 15 years of global HR leadership to every project she takes on. Her expertise spans North America, APAC, and EMEA, and she’s held senior roles at respected organizations including Clifford Chance and John Brooks.

She has a broad foundation in HR, with hands-on experience designing policies, guiding performance management, boosting employee engagement, and building human capabilities. Radhika is especially passionate about compensation and benefits. She’s built pay structures from the ground up, led pay equity audits, and crafted compensation strategies that help growing businesses replace ad hoc decisions with fair, consistent practices. She’s also guided organizations through complex mergers and acquisitions, helping teams navigate HR due diligence, workforce integration, and culture shifts during periods of big change.

Radhika is known for her practical, business-first mindset. She makes HR strategy approachable and actionable for leaders at every level. Her guidance helps organizations reduce risk and build strong, people-focused practices that fuel real growth. She holds CHRL, SPHRi, OPQ, and OD credentials, along with an MBA.

When she’s not at work, you’ll find Radhika with her partner and their two boys, holding a book or making videos for her son’s social media channel.
