Is compliance training mandatory in Canada?
Yes. Canadian employers are legally required to provide certain types of training under federal and provincial legislation. Requirements vary by province and territory, but most jurisdictions mandate training on workplace health & safety, harassment and violence prevention, and WHMIS at minimum. H2R’s provincial bundles are built around these minimum legal requirements so you can be confident your organization is covered.
How often does compliance training need to be renewed?
This depends on the course and province, but as a general rule, compliance training should be reviewed and refreshed when legislation changes, when new employees are hired, or when workplace conditions change significantly. Ontario, for example, requires an annual workplace violence and harassment policy review, and WHMIS training must be updated whenever new controlled products are introduced. H2R keeps course content current with legislative changes so your team is always working from accurate information.
What does each provincial bundle include?
Each bundle contains the minimum compliance-based training required by law for employees in that province or territory. Course content is reviewed and updated to reflect current legislative requirements. Learners receive a certificate of completion for each course.

Do you offer compliance training outside of Ontario?
