Ashley Thiel is an HR Consultant and Educator with 17+ years of experience helping organizations strengthen their people practices, build strong leaders, and foster inclusive, high-performing cultures. She has held senior HR leadership roles with well-known brands such as Ralph Lauren, Hudson’s Bay Company, Aritzia, and Foot Locker, supporting both U.S. and Canadian operations.
In addition to consulting, Ashley teaches Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour at Conestoga College, where she blends her real-world experience with her passion for developing the next generation of HR leaders. With a proven background in HR management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational strategy, Ashley partners with businesses to provide practical, tailored solutions that align people with performance.
