Amanda Little is an HR Consultant with over fifteen years of experience working with entrepreneurs on their HR and People Operations practices. She is adept at both strategic direction and tactical execution of HR functions, having held roles with well-known tech companies such as Fibernetics, Plenty of Fish, Nicoya, Meta Materials Inc. and Shift Collab.
Her background spans diverse sectors including technology, science, telecommunications, and health, working across both start-up environments and large global corporate settings. Amanda’s proficiency includes high-impact projects such as HRIS implementations (BambooHR, Dayforce), M&A integrations, benefits consolidation, mass restructuring, full-cycle recruitment, and developing performance and culture frameworks for scaling teams.
