Sue Ten Eyck

Sue Ten Eyck is a Recruitment Specialist who is passionate about helping people starting their career by creating a strong foundation of trust with clients.  Sue believes in using her curiosity and inquisitiveness to find creative solutions, and understanding the big picture to be able to quickly support her clients.

Sue has more than 20 years of experience in public sector Human Resources, and she has a strong grounding in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding and orientation, benefit, and pension administration. A solid HR generalist, Sue supports and executes projects in all areas of HR. She is confident in navigating the intricacies of multi-union and non-union environments.

She is a strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She participated in focus groups for the City of Kitchener to identify education credential verification for out-of-country candidates, as well as on-the-job mentoring for new Canadians.

When she is not recruiting and supporting our clients, Sue can be found traveling to warm places and enjoys spending time with her two daughters.
