Sheila has honed her consulting, coaching and advisory skills in strategy, problem solving and building relationships to best serve her clients individual requirements.
Sheila has supported clients across multiple industries including environmental engineering consulting, technology, manufacturing, education, non-for-profit and recreation services. Her expertise spans several HR functional areas including Leadership Development and Coaching, Psychometric Assessments, Performance Management, Engagement and Culture and transformational HR projects.
Sheila is particularly passionate about helping leaders to increase their confidence, collaborate with others, to constantly be learning and growing and fostering growth in others. She has built a reputation as a trusted advisor wo can diagnose and lead organizations through both simple and complex initiatives and often through challenging situations.
Sheila is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) through the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA), a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) through the Center for Executive Coaching and holds a Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation issued through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Diploma in Human Resources Management at the University of Guelph. To stay at her personal best and abreast of current HR practices, Sheila continues to develop professionally.
When not working with her clients, Sheila can be found spending time with family as well as running, golfing, skiing, biking and traveling with her husband.
