Sara Dhalla

Sara Dhalla is an HR Generalist who helps support H2R’s consultants, recruitment and administrative projects. Sara is keen to apply her strong work ethic and passion for Human Resources to support the organization and its clients.

Sara has experience as an operations manager in the personal care industry and as a medical administrator at a cosmetic surgery clinic. In these roles, Sara was responsible for hiring and developing employees, diffusing difficult situations, and motivating her team to drive sales. Sara holds a bachelor’s degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. She is also actively working towards her CHRP designation. Sara is also working towards obtaining her CHRP designation.

When she is not supporting projects, Sara enjoys interior design, DIY projects and Yoga.
