Rachelle is a Human Resources Consultant at H2R Business Solutions.  Rachelle has worked in a variety of sectors including tech, construction, non-for-profits, and luxury consumer goods where she has implemented several initiatives from the ground up including data dashboards, management training seminars, cultural incentive program, and onboarding programs to name a few.
