Her career in HR Consulting began at KPMG Consulting, which was acquired by Knightsbridge Human Capital Consulting and then Lee Hecht Harrison where she became Vice President of Business Development. Patricia went on to work with Optimum Talent as Vice President & Market Leader for Southwestern Ontario. Throughout her career Patricia has worked with organizations from a variety of industries including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, sports and entertainment, pharmaceutical, post-secondary education and professional services.

Patricia is known for her passion in helping her clients identify HR challenges and providing solutions that result in meaningful business success.  During the pandemic Patricia used her expertise in building relationships to support the local business community through the facilitation of a 200+ and growing HR networking group. Patricia has brought information, subject matter experts and professionals together to support each other through this difficult time. Patricia was recognized with two Kitchener Waterloo Oktoberfest Women of the Year nominations for this work.

Patricia is also actively involved in the community as Vice Chair of the Board of Governors and Chair of the Development Committee at Wilfrid Laurier University, board member on the Wilfrid Laurier University Alumni Association, member of two Conestoga Program Advisory Committees and as a Mentor with the Waterloo Region chapter of Women in Communications and Technology.

In addition to rolling up his sleeves to support the business of which he has been part, he has been responsible for developing and executing human resources strategies globally. Through his roles, he has gained experience in all areas of Human Resources delivering on business results.

Bruce has multiple disciplines in Operations and Human Resources. He holds a diploma in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University as well as diplomas in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Human Resource Management.

Tamara received her Business Administration Accounting Diploma  (2003) and her Human Resource Certificate (2013) from Conestoga College.  She also holds a CPM (Certified Payroll Manager) and a CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) designation.

Tamara started in a manufacturing environment, performing accounting duties, processing weekly payroll for 150 employees.  Her role expanded into assisting with HR tasks.   Tamara ventured into the Technology sector where she processed payroll for 1000+ employees across Canada.   She also worked as a Financial Analyst for international payrolls, a role that utilized both her accounting and payroll background.    Currently she enjoys working as a consultant in payroll, accounting, and HR.
