Michelle Strassburger

Michelle is a Senior Human Resource Consultant who has worked with clients across Canada gaining a strong knowledge and experience in health and safety, disability management, employee relations, training, legislative compliance, investigations, hiring and performance management. Michelle believes in a practical approach to managing any HR function and strives to work closely with both owners and management to develop resolutions and action plans that are sustainable to your specific business needs.

Michelle has over 20 years of multi-faceted human resource experience in various union and non-union industries including manufacturing, food service, transportation, retail, construction and administration. Michelle also coaches and mentors a number of individuals that are newer to the HR field sharing her knowledge while gaining new perspectives from those coming into the industry from various different fields.

Michelle is a graduate of Conestoga College’s Management, Human Resource and Health and Safety programs and is also a Payroll Compliance Professional. She is a member in good standing with the Canadian Institute of Management, Human Resource Professionals Association and the National Payroll Institute.

When she is not working with clients Michelle can be found enjoying time with her family, friends and dog, spending time at the cottage or walking trails around Waterloo Region.
