Melissa is a Senior Human Resources Consultant who is a passionate professional with over 15 years of human resources experience and 5 years of retail management.  She has worked in various industries including transportation, warehousing & distribution, big box retail, as well as office environments.

Melissa has supported all facets of human resources and people management.  Melissa’s experiences allow her to draw on her knowledge and expertise when solving complex problems for her clients.  Specific interests and strengths fall in the areas of performance management, employee relations and full-cycle recruitment.

Melissa completed her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McMaster University and her Human Resources Management certification from Mohawk College.  She is a member in good standing of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).

When not at work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and pets, as well as crocheting garments and gardening.
