Lindsay is a Senior HR Consultant who engages with her clients to develop the best HR workplace practices by identifying gaps and areas for improvement to ensure legislative compliance and consistent HR workflow. Lindsay consistently delivers a high level of HR generalist knowledge in a respectful and honest manner. She believes in open dialogue and isn’t afraid to have tough conversations.
Lindsay has a vast array of experience working in distribution, manufacturing, retail, warehousing, and educational establishments. The majority of her work experience has been in a generalist capacity, providing businesses with her experience and comfort in dealing with a multitude of areas, including: training and development, health and safety, payroll and benefits, recruitment, employee relations, employment policy and procedure, and legislative compliance. Currently she is committed to maintaining her CHRL designation by attending and engaging in ongoing learning opportunities to ensure a high level of understanding in our ever-changing HR employment landscape.
Lindsay obtained an Arts Degree from the University of Guelph and then went on to get her Human Resources Management certificate from Conestoga College. After successful completion of her exams, she obtained her CHRL designation and remains in good standing with HRPA.
When she is not supporting her clients, Lindsay can be found outside with her three kids and husband enjoying nature, skiing, hiking or reading a good book.
