Katerina Kamp

Katerina is a Human Resources Consultant who is passionate about the people of any organization. Employees are the engine of businesses and it’s vital to create cultures in which they can thrive. With a B.A in Human Resources Management and Internal Business Communications, she knows how important her role is regarding business success. Katerina is also a Certified Human Resources Business Partner (AIHR) and is an active member with the HRPA.

In her 10th year in human resources, she is adept at enhancing the employee experience and developing positive workplace cultures.  A strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace, Katerina regularly develops internal wellness campaigns to assist employees with effective mental health techniques. As a dedicated Human Resource Manager, she repeatedly implements effective practices for building successful and productive HR teams.

Accomplished in transforming inefficient departments and improving recruitment methods, she is an excellent team leader with a proven ability to work within budgets, boost retention rates and optimize staff productivity. During her career, she gained a breadth of international experience. This includes studying abroad at the University of Nicosia in Cyprus. She was also a business owner of a unique restaurant called Emessa, which was located right in the city square of Nicosia. These experiences enabled her to obtain a knowledge of international HR practices and Employment regulations.

When Katerina is not working, you can find her with her husband and children, ATV’ing along their property or enjoying a nice glass of Merlot and a book.
