Jennifer Siple

Jennifer is a Senior Human Resource Consultant with a knack for assessing operation and culture quickly, leveraging details in order to prioritize projects that achieve organizational goals.  She’s passionate about the value of human capital and loves to help clients find new and better ways to thrive, making the most of their biggest asset.

With more than 18 years in the manufacturing, non-profit, private and public sectors. Jennifer is a talented organizational development professional who translates vision into HR initiatives that improve quality, employee engagement and organizational capacity.  Currently she is pursuing additional project management certification and an online facilitation certificate.

Jennifer is an HRPA Practitioner, certified Change Management Specialist, Organizational LEADS Facilitator with the CCHL, and holds certificates in leadership, leadership facilitation and Human Resources Management. She is also an Agile Project Manager.

An avid gardener with a love of antiques and creating beautiful interiors, Jennifer lives in the country with her family.  They share a love of horses, and her husband operates a standard bred boarding and mixed cash-crop farm.
