Debra has over 20 years’ experience in leadership development, people management, business strategy, change management, organizational psychology, finance and operations, communications, and public speaking. She has worked with over 100 organizations and leaders as a management and HR consultant. She has also been a CEO for an international professional services firm, implementing transformational change.
Debra enjoys deep connections with clients and their teams. She values making communication a high priority for building relationships and uses storytelling and presentations to promote engagement. Debra is a life-long learner and avid reader, and has also been pursuing, on a part-time basis, a master’s in organizational psychology from University of London.
When she is not helping clients grow their teams and their businesses, Debra can be found walking in nature with her dog, lost in a book, or spending time with her daughter and son-in-law.
