Danielle believes that successful HR revolves around the employee experience and trust in management. She focuses on communication and working with all levels of managers to align corporate goals with employee engagement. Danielle‘s HR career began at an executive search firm 20 years ago. For the past six years she has been an HR Development Manager in the industrial distribution market. She’s built programs in performance management, talent management, training and development, employee engagement with a focus on increasing productivity and retention, she’s conducted workplace investigations, was a JHCS management member, administered payroll, maintained legislative compliance for branches in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia, all while connecting with employees and reducing turnover.
Danielle holds a BA Degree from the University of Guelph, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College, where she received the President’s Honour for being top of her class, and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) through the HRPA. She enjoys walking in the woods, practicing french, yoga, and cheering for her two teenagers as they dominate the volleyball courts.
