Cynthia is a Senior HR Consultant who is reliable, driven and results-oriented.  She believes that with strong relationships, effective cascading communication and inspiring leadership, companies can achieve their goals and make an employee’s experience better along the way.

With over 10 years of HR experience, Cynthia has lead teams in all HR functions.  She is committed to building and maintaining a culture of employee engagement and well-being by implementing strong HR strategies that support business goals.  She believes in investing in people and has implemented various HR programs such as selection and retention, employee development, and total compensation and rewards.

Her specialty is actively listening and developing solutions to craft an organizational structure that supports an employee’s journey while making companies function efficiently and effectively. Cynthia is passionate about HR because you are part of growing a business through a company’s greatest asset – people.

Cynthia is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) through the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA).  She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a major in Human Resources.

When she is not working, Cynthia enjoys being active by playing hockey, golf, cycling, and staying young by chasing around her two boys.
