Crystal began her career as a paralegal, quickly transitioning to the Human Resource industry. She realized her passion was helping people in a practical, yet creative way and Human Resources has given her the opportunity to do just that.

Prior to joining the H2R team, Crystal was the CHRO at one of Canada’s largest consulting and advisory firms. There she oversaw the firm’s strategic plan relating to people and succession, as well as led the HR consulting division that serves many clients of different sizes in a diverse set of industries. Having spent the past 20 years working in strategic organizational management, recruiting and employee relations, she knows the importance of having a strong team in your organization and that you’ll always win if you invest in people first.

Crystal helps clients in all Human Resource areas from policy development to strategic planning. She can help create and implement value add people programs such as selection & retention programs, performance management systems and work with your talent to develop their leadership skills through coaching and training.
