H2R Business Solutions has been providing HR consulting services to Hospice of Waterloo Region since December 2021. As a smaller non-profit organization who had taken on a new program that doubled the staff size to more than 50, we were in need of professional HR services to address the many complex issues that came with sudden growth but without the resources to higher a full time experienced HR manager.
H2R provide a fractional solution that was affordable and balanced. They provided advice and guidance on personnel matters; assisted with the development of a rigorous Employee Handbook that met all compliance requirements and addressed staff information needs; provided a solution for compliance training for all staff; and worked with management in the development of on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
