Charlotte Jurjens is a Human Resources Consultant who has had diverse work experiences in which she has had the opportunity to work for several companies which have received awards for having exceptional work cultures or management practices such as Canada’s Top 100 Best Employer Brands, Canada’s Top 50 Best Managed Companies, and Canada’s Top Employers for Young People. These experiences have given Charlotte exceptional insight into how great organizations and leaders operate.
Charlotte believes that HR is at the heart of every organization and that creative HR practitioners can come up with ways of doing things that other people wouldn’t consider. She understands that creativity is the onset to innovation and innovation is what introduces new processes, services, or products in any continuous improvement-oriented organization.
Charlotte has passed the CHRL Knowledge Exam & Law Exam and is preparing to challenge the final CHRL Experience Requirement. Charlotte hopes to begin her master’s Certificate in Organizational Development and Change in the Spring of 2023. Charlotte is a Certified Human Resources Professional and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Leadership from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College.
When she is not servicing her H2R clients, Charlotte can be found hanging out with her 3 Golden Retrievers, hiking, camping, reading, meditating, or doing yoga.
