Our History

In 2016, Jill Zappitelli, President & CEO, founded H2R Business Solutions in the KW region to provide Human Resources solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Since that time, H2R has grown exponentially and currently employs 38 dedicated, certified HR professionals providing expertise to a broad range of clients in across all industries primarily in Southwestern Ontario.

Our consultants have deep generalist and specialist expertise to support clients with services ranging from dedicated outsourced HR support to more complex consultative services including compensation, workforce planning, mediation, policy interpretation, employer brand and technology and data to support business planning and strategy. Our outsourced HR support model provides expertise on a fractional, monthly or hourly basis. Our HR fractional services allow you to focus on what you do best – running your business.
